Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field; relevant experience or bootcamp may substitute.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with web development or SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using spreadsheets and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing AI-enhanced software and automation solutions, including GPT-powered features and Azure-based tools.
• Perform business and data analysis: map workflows, gather requirements, and translate them into specs.
• Configure and prototype conversational AI tools, test prompts, refine intents and guardrails.
• Support integrations with enterprise tools (CRMs, SharePoint, data warehouses) via APIs and connectors.
• Participate in QA, debugging, and AI-specific checks; create technical docs and guides.
• Help enforce AI governance and verify output accuracy; collaborate with team and stakeholders.
