Job summary

Pink Rose Clothing is seeking a talented Technical Designer- Junior Apparel to join our Sweater Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on junior apparel, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

You will develop technical packages, understand patterns, grade rules, and prepare garments for fittings while collaborating with Design, Production, and Sales to achieve the desired aesthetic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical packages and grading rules.
• Understand and correct paper patterns and grading rules.
• Prepare garments for fittings and document notes with photos.
• Communicate fit corrections to vendors and buyers.
• Create proto-tech packs and grade for production.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, and Sales teams.
• Thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment.
