Job Title: Junior Talent Manager (Influencer Marketing)

We are experts in leveraging influencer partnerships to create impactful, measurable marketing strategies. We work with some of the biggest names in the entertainment, sports, and consumer industries, and we are on the lookout for a passionate, experienced influencer marketing coordinator.

Role Summary

This is for someone who wants to continue to their career within the Talent Management and Influencer Marketing Industry. This role will support a Senior Talent Manager in everyday activities for their influencer and brand clients; while supporting the Campaign Team.

You are someone who is quick with computer admin work, able to communicate & engage with talent, passion for learning the influencer space, and is in pop-culture knowing social media trends.

• Timeline: Start October 1st (or earlier)
• Term: 1 year
• Type: Contract - 1099
• Hourly: $22 - $26.50
• Weekly: around 35-40 hours
• Typical Work Hours: 8am - 5pm
• Hybrid Schedule: In office M-W and work from home TH-F

Sourcing - influencers & brands

• Find influencers who are a good fit to the campaign objective
• Create weekly list of brands that are a good fit for our talent roster
• Outreach and negotiate with brands, influencers, and agencies
• Create weekly list of brands that are a good fit for our talent roster

Support SR Talent Manager

• Assist on pitch deck creation for proposal meetings
• Attend brand and influencer calls to support
• Schedule and coordinate our influencer roster via GroupChats with them

Campaign Management

• Communicate and work with the with the Campaign Team
• Handle campaign coordination for brand deals with our roster
• Submit a report after each campaign of the results
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned talent and brands

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum: 2-3 years of influencer marketing OR Talent Management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite OR Microsoft Office Suite
