Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition/Provider Relations Specialist in New York. The role covers full-scale recruiting for clinical and administrative staff and oversees provider productivity and clinical fulfillment, ensuring timely documentation and strong therapy relationships.

This in-office position requires outreach, event participation, and collaboration with program managers to meet hiring needs while maintaining the company’s standards

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting, sales and/or a customer facing role a must
  • Strong sales, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with others
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with a broad spectrum of people.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Identifying new and creative ways to source viable clients including directories, contact lists, social media, database leads, internet resources, word of mouth, community contacts, school relationships, and personal networking.
  • Attending industry-related events such as college job fairs to increase networking opportunities/candidate acquisition.
  • Build strong networks in your assigned territory and embrace full responsibility and accountability for the company's relationships with the therapist community, professional organizations, universities, and influential industry contacts within that territory.
  • Working closely with program managers to fill program hiring needs.
  • Regularly update internal systems with information of potential candidates and new hires.
  • Provide coverage for recruiting team when they are out of office.
  • Work closely with internal departments and providers to ensure documentation and services are completed and submitted according to EI rules and regulations and received in a timely manner.
  • Effectively analyze, monitor, and manage therapist clinical fulfillment and caseload, ensuring the maximum clinical fulfillment and billing potential per provider
  • Follow-up with providers continuously; conduct heavy e-mail and phone contact with therapists as well as office staff.

Job Summary:TheJunior Talent Acquisition/Provider Relations Specialistwill be responsible for full-scale recruiting (clinical and admin) as well as overseeing service provider’s productivity/clinical fulfillment and performance.

Physical Requirements of the Role:

  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the workday working on a computer/electronic device.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Compensation:Full-timenon-exempt $25 - $28 per hour. Must be willing to do overtime and attend outreach events on occasional weekends.

Hours: In office, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
