Junior Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Position Overview: TMC Technologies is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to support a bid effort providing subject matter expertise, systems engineering, software development, and test/evaluation for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Work is expected to commence in August 2025. Candidates will need to sign a Letter of Intent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply engineering techniques and mathematical methods to enhance planning and decision-making.
• Understand engineering processes, systems engineering principles, and technical workflows.
• Conduct user needs analysis, task allocation, solution design, creation, and testing.
