Davidson Technologies, Inc. in Woburn, MA is seeking an Entry-Level Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) department. You will help develop requirements, architectures, and test scenarios for Ground-Based Radar systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on modeling in Cameo, experience with MATLAB/Java/Python/C/C++, and the ability to work independently or in small teams under DoD-style processes.

Competenze

• BS in Engineering, Science, Math or related discipline.
• 0-2 years' experience in an engineering role with programming in MATLAB, Java, Python, C or C++; theoretical knowledge of job area.
• Can work independently; Provides assistance to less experienced engineers.
• Experience working with integration or test activities for hardware or software products.
• Experience with DOORS or related database.
• Experience in Cameo.
• Experience leading small teams supporting complex system integration and/or test events.
• Early Warning Radar (EWR) Hardware and/or Software experience.

Mansioni

• Develop preliminary and detailed (modified) requirements for new and existing system functionality.
• Develop subsystem and component level requirements aligned to system objectives.
• Create test cases with parameterization of design space and corner cases.
• Participate in Systems Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.
• Investigate requirements issues and propose solutions.
• Develop subsystem and component models in Cameo for requirements.
• Create scenarios and test inputs for derived requirements.
• Present requirements artifacts at reviews and contribute to closure of issues.
