Job summary

Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to support deployment of upgrades and new features of SAM Tools, and to provide training to government staff.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related STEM field and junior-level systems engineering experience in government or industry; active TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass a polygraph are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• Junior-level systems engineering experience in government or industry.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of upgrades and new features of SAM Tools; create architecture diagrams, SOPs, and training materials for government staff.
• Assist mid-level engineers and Government in requirements engineering, scheduling, reliability, services development, integration, test and evaluation.
• Assist in planning and traceability of user requirements and architectures; review cloud service capabilities and scheduling limitations.
• Contribute to develop solution designs based on requirements analysis and new technologies.
• Assist Government in translating mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Support allocation of requirements to system components and execution of programs; participate in system integration activities.
• Assist with AoAs, CoAs, Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments; support strategic technical planning and risk management.
• Perform SAM Customer Service Support and handle inquiries related to SAM and enterprise tools.
