Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies in Ann Arbor, MI seeks an entry-level engineer fresh from college to design, implement and configure building automation systems. You will collaborate with engineers to develop control solutions interfacing with facility equipment and sensors, delivering real-time data and actionable insights for clients.

You will grow into a lead role over time, participating in training and certifications while contributing to projects across manufacturing and facility management.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Technical Field, related to Engineering or Systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop building automation systems.
• Design and develop electrical control systems interfacing with facility & building management equipment and sensors.
• Architect custom solutions using appropriate technologies from control databases to AI to User Interface tools.
• Provide clients with real-time data and actionable information about their facilities.
• Develop quality control system sequences and programs according to standards.
• Work in a team with engineers and designers from RoviSys Building Technologies, partners and clients.
• Grow into a position leading a team of engineers and technicians to provide quality automation and information solutions.
