Job summary

Dutch Ridge Consulting Group, LLC (DRCG) is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer focused on M365 engineering, administration, and operations. The role is based in the Alexandria, VA area, with a Hybrid work model and security clearance required to support DoJ, DoW, and DHS clients.

The candidate will provide M365 administration, system engineering, and security-compliant infrastructure management, ensuring uptime and meeting user needs in a federally regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret Clearance.
• At least 1-year of experience providing M365 Administration.
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

The Junior Systems Engineer will primarily focus on M365 engineering, administration, and operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide M365 engineering, administration, and operational support
• Provide system/software engineering to include requirements derivation and requirements analysis
• Hardware configuration
• Metrics Analysis
• Integration
• Maintain configuration and operation of infrastructure systems and servers
• Ensure uptime, performance, resources, and security of systems
• Meet user requirements
• Ensure alignment with laws, regulations, standards, policies, and best practices
• Maintain security policies
• Automate systems and/or application configurations
• Apply knowledge of tools and technologies such as DNS, VDI, SAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, firewalls PKI, Azure, AWS, and suite of M365 Administration tools

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must have an active Secret Clearance
• At least 1-year of experience providing M365 Administration
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
