You will work on automated systems lifecycle from design to post-implementation, contributing to feasibility studies and using established criteria to meet changing requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, 5 years IT systems analysis experience, 3 years in business applications design, and broad knowledge of data flows and system interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Five years of IT systems analysis experience.
• Three years designing business applications on IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a systems analyst on assignments involving automated systems lifecycle from design to post-implementation evaluation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and establish design criteria to meet changing legislative or program requirements.
• Advise officials on systems design and IT forecasts.
