Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide hands‑on IT and systems support in secure enterprise environments. This role supports Windows and Linux workstations, end users, hardware, applications, and basic network connectivity.

You will collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and ensure work aligns with security requirements, procedures, and change management processes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Foundational Windows troubleshooting knowledge.
• Basic Linux command-line experience and network basics.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate appropriately.
• Strong documentation and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for workstation, hardware, app, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain Windows and Linux workstations and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and net connectivity problems.
• Document work and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Create SOPs and technical instructions.
