You will provide hands-on technical support for users, systems, hardware, software, and classroom technology while aligning with federal IT and security requirements.

• A+ certification required or in progress.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work orders simultaneously.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Well-organized and reliable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to users, systems, hardware, software, network devices, and classroom technology.
• Install, upgrade, monitor, and maintain authorized computer equipment and related devices.
• Train users on computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, and email.
• Respond to security events and support compliance with federal IT and security policies.
• Triage inbound user work orders and manage SLAs with remote management tools.
