Job summary

Abile Group seeks a Jr. Systems Administrator for a 10-year IC contract. Responsibilities include desktop/server admin, monitoring, and Tier 1–3 support across multiple networks and locations. The role requires TS/SCI with CI poly eligibility and a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience.

Candidate must be capable of after-hours on-call support, travel up to 20%, and working in a 24/7 operation with documented SOPs and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Security+ certification or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.
• Must be TS/SCI with CI polygraph eligible.

Responsibilities

• System administration of desktop and server systems connected to LAN/WAN.
• Provide Tier 1–3 troubleshooting and resolution for IT systems.
• Support for day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution.
• Respond to after-hours calls and provide on-call support.
• Work 0–20% travel to local sites and other locations with similar footprint.
• Document activities and maintain SOPs; coordinate maintenance windows.
