Job summary

Zinnobyte Solutions seeks a System Engineer to engage with customers for product deployments and provide hands-on support for disaster recovery, backup, and migrations within Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.

You will analyze complex issues, drive root cause resolution, and act as an escalation point for infrastructure, cloud, and container platform challenges while collaborating with global teams on roadmap feedback and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of System Engineering experience with direct customer interaction.
• Proven debugging of Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters in production.
• Strong Linux internals, networking and containerization knowledge.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of customer issues (logs, metrics, traces, connectivity).
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash) for automation is a plus.
• Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform is a plus.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and observability stacks.

Position: System Engineer
