Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited is seeking a Graduate Sustainability Analyst in Texas to support decarbonization, resource efficiency, and environmental compliance for corporate clients, developers, and municipalities.

You’ll work in a mentorship-driven program designed to grow you from graduate to autonomous consultant within 18 months, with structured exposure to carbon accounting, building strategy, data analytics, and ESG materiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Environmental Science, Sustainable Infrastructure, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling large data sets and spreadsheets.
• Ability to translate technical metrics into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carbon Accounting & Reporting: Assist in compiling Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas inventories using enterprise software.
• Built Environment Strategy: Collaborate with engineering/architecture teams to hit LEED/WELL or local energy codes.
• Data Analytics & Modeling: Build data models tracking client resource use, water stewardship, waste diversion, energy efficiency.
• ESG Materiality: Research and benchmark to identify long-term ESG risks for clients.
