Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly organized Junior Supply Chain Specialist to support sourcing, procurement, logistics, and day-to-day supply chain operations. This contract-to-hire role is focused on assisting with North American sourcing strategies and vendor onboarding, with a duration of approximately 6+ months.

You will maintain sourcing databases, pricing sheets, and product catalogs, coordinate samples, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or related fields.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas and PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
• Global sourcing experience is a plus.
• QSR, food service, specialty beverage, and Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support North American sourcing strategies and purchasing activities.
• Assist with vendor sourcing, pre-qualification, onboarding, quotations, MOQs, samples, and account setup.
• Maintain sourcing databases, pricing sheets, and product catalogs.
• Coordinate samples and feedback between vendors and internal teams.
• Support merchandise, packaging, and planning activities.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Support inbound logistics, including HS/HTS code verification and customs documentation.
• Track assignments, ensure timely follow-through, and support ad hoc operational needs.
