• Use design software, in-house spreadsheets, and prepare manual calculations as required.
• Understand software limitations and verify software output.
• Prepare basic material take-offs.
• Prepare reports and presentations as directed by senior engineers.
• Coordinate with drafting staff to produce finished drawings from sketches and prepare structural drawings and sketches to a high standard.
• Follow company standards and procedures including design and checking.
• Perform other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.
• Exhibit willingness to assist mid and senior level engineers.
