You will work under senior engineers to perform design calculations and produce detailed drawings for approval and shop production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships/co-ops are a plus.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Foundational understanding of reinforced concrete design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within a team environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with MathCAD and basic CAD is a plus—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with design calculations and analyses for precast concrete products.
• Support the preparation of detailed drawings for approval submissions and shop production.
• Review contract specifications and drawings to ensure design conformance.
• Learn and apply Finite Element Analysis where applicable.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
