The ideal candidate has a 2-year CAD-focused degree, proficiency with Autodesk Revit, and the ability to collaborate with Structural Design Engineers across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical school degree in CAD focused on BIM.
• Ability to interpret multi-discipline engineering and vendor documents.
• Effective communication with team members and disciplines, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of BIM workflow and Revit modeling is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design group members to review and exchange project information.
• Gather information and collaborate with engineers to develop BIM models for foundations and steel structures.
• Leverage BIM to create plans, drawings, and details.
• Assist in development of department standards and tools.
• Mentor other team members in design and modeling techniques.
