• 1+ year of experience as Project Manager on software development projects.
• Practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and understanding when to use each.

• Good analytical skills to break down tasks, track progress, and spot issues early.
• Clear, confident communication with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in the AI Assistants development domain.
• Coordinate the development team's daily work to deliver within scope, timeline, and resources.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and turn them into clear tasks for the team.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and project meetings: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Keep the backlog and project documentation in JIRA and Confluence organized and up-to-date.
• Track progress, identify blockers and risks, and escalate them in time.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Track project hours and budget, and help prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Help build a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.

About the Role

You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery ofsoftware development projects, working closely with the development team, clients, and senior colleagues. You’ll take part inthe full project lifecycle, help keep the team aligned with Agile practices, and support clear communication between the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Must have

• 1+years ofexperience asaProject Manager onsoftware development projects;
