Job summary

VITAS Healthcare in Miami seeks an entry-level Junior Strategy & Innovation Analyst to support cross-departmental strategic initiatives. The role is designed for someone with beginner-level SQL and Power Platform skills who is eager to learn and contribute to analytic projects.

As part of the team, you will gather and analyze data, develop and maintain Power BI reports, and help document data processes while building knowledge of VITAS systems and applications to support enterprise improvements.

Qualifications

• One to two years of business and/or data analysis experience.
• Beginner-level knowledge of SQL and Power Platform is a plus.
• Eagerness and openness to learn new communication and written skills and technologies.

Job description

The Junior Strategy & Innovation Analyst will play a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across all departments of the organization. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with a beginner-level understanding of SQL, Power Platform, and related tools. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, open to acquiring new skills, and eager to contribute to the success of our analytical projects.

All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.

• Collaborate with the team to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources.


• Learn and apply basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.


• Assist in the development and maintenance of reports using tools such as Power BI.


• Contribute to the documentation of data analysis processes and findings.


• Support team members in various ad-hoc analysis tasks.


• Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance SQL and Power Platform skills.

Experience

Education
