Qualifications

• Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp and Enscape.
• Experience with lighting design.
• Ability to interpret architectural details in construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D architectural plans and design documents for interior and exterior retail projects.
• Lead schematic design through design development and document completion for multiple projects around a $10M annual budget.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Travel to global locations for onsite verification and brand education.
• Establish relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure brand alignment.
• New retail concept development based on business strategies.
