Job summary

Showroom in San Francisco is seeking a seasoned Design Project Manager to lead staging installations from design handoff to on-site execution. You will coordinate with the sales team, present ideas to clients, and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.

You will manage installation crews, photograph and inventory completed work, and prepare invoices tied to project expenditures. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the interior design field.
• Experience managing a home installation or construction crew (preferred).
• Experience staging luxury homes (5MM+) preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Deadline-driven and organized; able to prioritize to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage and execute the design project to the best of your ability.
• Represent our Organization to the client with positivity and integrity.
• Work within the guidelines as provided by the Operations Team.
• Support the sale of Vesta Inventory from homes which have been staged.
