Responsibilities

• Reconcile: Accurately reconcile bank accounts in a timely manner, noting any unusual items at month-end.
• Research: Investigate historical accounting transactions and reconcile differences between AP/AR and the General Ledger.
• Prepare: Create periodic financial statements within assigned time limits and according to accuracy standards.
• Explain: Develop explanations of financial statements in narrative form for released reports.
• Report: Prepare financial statement related reports and fulfill reporting requirements from outside agencies.
