Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review payable reports to identify payments ready for processing.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, including missing carrier statements.
• Prepare final payable reports and supporting documentation.
• Process customer return payments as needed.
• Prepare broker payable reports and monthly broker payments.
• Process additional payment requests through checks, ACH, and wire transactions.
• Assist with journal entry preparation and financial record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in company systems.
• Partner with various teams to investigate and resolve transaction-related inquiries.
• Support internal controls and compliance requirements surrounding payment processes.
• Build strong working relationships across the organization through effective communication and collaboration.
