• Perform bank and account reconciliations across multiple properties.
• Process accounts payable, including cutting checks and managing vendor payments.
• Assist with tenant account reconciliations and financial tracking.
• Utilize RealPage to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support property tax tracking, including assisting with tax reviews and disputes.
• Investigate discrepancies and support problem-solving efforts across accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Salary: USD47000 - USD52000 per year + (approximately $23-$26/hour)
