Job summary

Responsibilities include triaging complex issues, collaborating across teams, and ensuring high availability for thousands of systems while adhering to compliance requirements and security controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or related cloud role.
• Vulnerability-management experience with Qualys, JFrog Xray, SCA/SBOM, or equivalents and dependency management for Ruby, Python, and Go modules.
• Ansible automation experience.
• Linux-based systems administration and troubleshooting in distributed infra.
• CI/CD pipelines design and maintenance (GitLab CI).
• Support for large-scale infra of hundreds or thousands of systems.
• Available online 9am-4pm PST.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation to improve reliability, scalability, security and efficiency for FedRAMP cloud hosts and new cloud environments.
• Design and enhance deployment pipelines, testing frameworks, and tooling to support growth of the platform serving thousands of devices worldwide.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and distributed systems to ensure high availability and compliance with FedRAMP controls.
• Contribute to projects such as deployment process refactor and new cluster build-outs with automation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and business partners across time zones to optimize platform dependencies and performance.
