Job Opportunity: Junior Sous Chef at Locanda Verde

Chef Andrew Carmellini's team is seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join us at Locanda Verde, our neighborhood taverna offering Chef Carmellini's authentic urban Italian cuisine located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.

This role offers significant growth potential within our hospitality family.

Ideal Candidates Possess:
  1. 2-3 years of experience as a Lead Line Cook demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
  2. Strong knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line cooking stations.
  3. A professional and polished leadership approach.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. The ability to lead a team effectively in a busy environment.
