As our next Junior Sous Chef, you will:

Show passion and creativity for food, ingredients, and flavors.

Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.

Manage, train, and share your knowledge with the team confidently.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards, maintaining high culinary service standards for our guests.

Additional information:

Training in all food safety-related functions will support your success in this role.

You will join a friendly team of 8 talents at our hotel, which features 178 rooms, meeting spaces, a bar, restaurant, and fitness & sauna facilities.

Previous experience in a similar role is required to support our team effectively.
