Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions in the Carolinas is seeking a Solar Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this field-based role, you will assist with installing residential solar PV systems, learn hands-on skills, and support safe, high-quality installations alongside experienced Team Leads.

New hires receive 30 days of classroom and on-site training; we provide all tools and safety gear, with some local travel between job sites required as you help prepare job sites, manage materials, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• OSHA safety knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

• System Installation: Assist with the installation of residential solar PV systems from start to finish.
• Project Execution: Follow project plans and installation requirements while communicating field updates.
• Quality & Safety: Work in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
