Job summary

OASYS, INC. is seeking a Jr Software Test Engineer to support our ARMY customer on site at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on software testing and debugging within a collaborative team, with emphasis on maintenance, new build capabilities, and GPU modernization efforts.

Qualified candidates have a 2+ year software engineering background, proficiency in C/C++, Linux, and Git, and are comfortable with DevSecOps concepts. DoD clearance eligibility is required or desired.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-lifecycle software engineering experience.
• Experience in C/C++ software development.
• Linux development environment.
• Git repository experience for configuration management.
• Exposure to modern development concepts.
• Some experience with software testing.

Responsibilities

• Test software and contribute to implementation of issues that maintain the software for customer needs.
• Work toward software maintenance, new build capabilities, and software modernization efforts with GPUs.
• Learn rapidly and adapt to team workflows.
