Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of software development experience, including internships, academic projects, or relevant project experience.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, object‑oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or C++.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version-control systems.
• Understanding of software development and debugging practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, QA professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot application issues and identify appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and development practices.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services when required.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for application development.
• Write unit tests and assist with integration and functional testing.
• Use Git and version-control practices to manage source code.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and development activities.
• Document technical solutions, development processes, and application changes.
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to improvements in development processes.
