• API & Integrations: Assist in creating system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automated data exports.
• Maintenance & Debugging: Revise, update, and refactor existing code to improve functionality and fix bugs.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor application logs and system health to ensure high availability and performance.
• Data Handling: Execute basic database tasks and queries using MySQL resources.
• Automation: Monitor automation scripts to ensure successful execution and apply fixes under guidance of senior engineers.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and updating technical documentation and user guides.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with Customer Service Team to troubleshoot application-level issues.
• Version Control: Use Git and Jira to manage code changes and daily tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
