Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Government security clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new concepts on the job.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Public speaking to present to engineers and management.
• Experience with Java, C/C++, Python/TensorFlow/Scikit-Learn, MATLAB and ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, entry-level or junior level support to the engineering team.
• Verifies and tests assigned metrics on projects.
• Enters test results into a quality control database.
• Identifies potential areas of project improvement and assists with solutions.
• Ensures compliance with company quality requirements across programs and products.
• Identifies and reports problems to senior engineers.
• Assists in developing new methods to improve quality and efficiency.
• May interact with external clients/suppliers under supervision.
