Job summary

Talentify’s client-based Software Engineer I role focuses on designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting modern web and API applications. You will work across the full software development lifecycle with Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js in an agile product team, addressing production monitoring and incident response processes.

You will also engage in forward deployed engineering with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to CI/CD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web app development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using Next.js, NestJS, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Develop responsive front-end applications, reusable components, back-end services, REST APIs, integrations, and business logic.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, domain experts, software engineers, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between internal applications, databases, enterprise platforms, and third-party systems.
