Job summary

SkillStorm offers a 12-week paid training program that transitions into deployment with Fortune 100 enterprises or U.S. government agencies. You will work on real projects from day one under mentorship, building practical software skills in a team environment.

Qualified candidates hold a technical bachelor's degree or 1+ year of tech work, and demonstrate fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, SQL, and an OO language such as Java or C#.

You'll spend 12 weeks in paid, hands-on training working real, team-based projects — then deploy directly to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. This isn't a course you pay for. Do you qualify? You likely do if you have one of the following:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar)
• 1 year+ of technical work experience

Plus a working understanding of programming fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#.
