SkillStorm invites recent graduates and career changers to launch their software careers through a 12-week paid training program, then deployment to enterprise or government clients from day one. You’ll learn and apply modern software practices in real teams, building skills that lead to deployable projects.

You’ll work with languages like Java or C#, gain hands‑on experience across the full software lifecycle, and benefit from relocation support and a clear path into deployed roles.

SkillStorm builds technology talent for Fortune 100 enterprises and U.S. government agencies. You'll spend 12 weeks in paid, hands-on training working real, team-based projects — then deploy directly to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. This isn't a course you pay for. We're hiring people early in their technical careers — including recent graduates, career changers with a technical foundation, and transitioning service members and veterans — who have the fundamentals and the drive, and want a structured path into enterprise software work.

Do you qualify? You likely do if you have one of the following:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar)
• 1 year+ of technical work experience

Plus a working understanding of programming fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#.
