Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science/IT.
• 1–2 years of professional software development experience.
• Familiarity with Python, TypeScript/React, or Rust.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, and Git.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and validating AI-generated code.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and with others.
• Ability to pass background checks per SEC-registered adviser requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain internal software applications and integrations.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to translate requirements into specs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and tickets.
• Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Support data integrations across portfolio management, CRM, planning, and custodial platforms.
• Assist with database design, schemas, queries, reporting, and documentation.
• Stay current on frameworks, security practices, and tools in financial services tech.

Education

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
