Job summary

Neto Capital is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to gain hands-on experience across the full stack, building user interfaces, backend APIs, data pipelines, and AI-driven features. You will own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, strong fundamentals in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software architecture, plus a demonstrated ability to learn new frameworks and tools independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithm design, and software architecture concepts.
• Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to pick up new frameworks, libraries, and tools independently.
• Basic familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and REST APIs.
