CACI is seeking a Junior Software Developer in the Springfield, VA area.

The role involves leading project portions, overseeing implementation teams, interpreting system requirements, and performing low to medium complexity development, maintenance, and improvement tasks, including but not limited to:

• Participating in RDT&E outcomes integration into ceremonies like Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review/Demo, Backlog Grooming, Retrospective, etc. (CDRL 004), and supporting contract deliverables (CDRLs 001 - 017).
• Developing customized web applications using front-end frameworks such as JavaScript React & Angular.
• Building back-end infrastructure and web applications with Java or Python.
• Managing PostgreSQL database development, integration, and maintenance.
• Configuring SOLR or Elastic File Search and indexing.
• Creating and managing AWS S3 buckets for web application support.
• Using containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Deploying applications via GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years (or 1 year with a Master's degree) in IT, including systems implementation, change management, or business process redesign, with possible security clearance.
• Experience in systems engineering, database management, and support.
• Experience with OpenShift, DevOps, and Alfresco.
• Proficiency with Node.js, React, Java, Python, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, AWS/C2S, ODS S3, PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Ability to architect, implement, and manage IT systems.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days.

Pay Range: The salary varies based on location, experience, skills, and certifications. The proposed range is $57,500 - $117,900.
