Qualifications

• Some experience managing social media accounts (personal, freelance, or professional).
• Familiarity with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, or similar.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
• Understanding of paid social media advertising.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing our Facebook account.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, and short videos).
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on engagement and growth.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will support the planning, creation, and management of content across multiple social media platforms.
