Job summary

DanceOne in Los Angeles seeks a Jr. Social Media Associate to keep channels active and on-trend. You will publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and edit short-form videos on-site at events to capture the energy of live performances.

You’ll engage with dancers, studios, and parents, monitor feedback, and report on what’s working. A passion for dance and storytelling helps you grow with a fast-moving brand.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in social media, content, or marketing (internships count).
• Portfolio or samples showing short-form video and social content.
• Willingness to travel to events and work occasional weekends during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Capture and edit short-form video on-site at events, including recaps.
• Engage with comments and DMs in the DanceOne voice.
• Pull weekly performance reports and flag trends.
• Source and coordinate UGC and creator content with rights approvals.
