The role blends in-office planning with on-site coverage of performances and events, including evenings and weekends, to reflect O-pa’s mission and values.

The position requires strong editing skills, familiarity with Instagram/TikTok, and the ability to work in fast-paced live environments while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging photo/video content quickly.
• Comfortable working in low-light and fast-paced live event environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and mobile video editors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; concise captions required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends around events.

Responsibilities

• Attend performances and events to capture authentic moments for social channels.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
• Capture photography with a social-first approach and strong composition.
• Draft captions and contribute ideas for trend-driven content.
• Coordinate with departments to identify content opportunities.
