Qualifications

• Experience responding to security alerts and incidents in MSSP or large enterprise environments.
• Proficient with SIEM/EDR and Email Security platforms.
• Familiar with Rapid7, InsightIDR, IBM QRadar, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, and M365 controls.
• Strong incident analysis and response capabilities.
• Ability to write clear reports and runbooks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field requested.
• 2+ years in MSSP/enterprise security roles preferred.
• Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GCIA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial triage of security alerts, incidents, and potentially malicious emails, delivering findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support incident response with root cause analysis, mitigation and containment actions.
• Identify alert trends and help improve detection and response capabilities.
• Contribute to development and updating of runbooks and workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with Security Operations and other teams to ensure effective security operations.
