Job summary

Radley James is seeking an infrastructure-facing SWE/SRE with 1-5 years of experience to join a top-tier trading firm. You will help keep trading systems running fast and reliably, implementing guardrails and high-uptime practices.

Responsibilities include applying SRE principles to maximize uptime, learning trading system fundamentals, and rewriting, debugging, and building backend code. Strong Python, Bash, Linux, and Kubernetes are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience; up to 5 years considered case-by-case.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, Python and Bash.
• Willingness to learn across trading systems and capital markets.
• Engineering degree in computer science or related engineering field.
