Job summary
People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Junior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work on enterprise-scale customization, workflows, and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable platforms.
Responsibilities include building Power Platform solutions, implementing governance, and delivering dashboards with Power BI, while adhering to NAVSEA
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 1–4 years of experience; a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant experience may satisfy degree requirements.
- Demonstrated success on Large Scale SharePoint Online (SPO) development projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Develop SharePoint Online applications and components within Microsoft 365.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SPO solutions and document designs.
- Implement permissions, governance, and data security best practices.
- Collaborate with teams in sprint ceremonies and provide user training/support.
