Job summary

SHR Consulting Group seeks a Junior SharePoint Administrator to sustain the DoW COOP/COG SharePoint portal onsite at Raven Rock Mountain Complex, PA. You’ll manage content, permissions, and migrations, while supporting Power Platform workflows and Teams integration.

Active Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI is required, along with DoW 8570.01-M / DoW 8140 (IAT/IAM) certification before start. 1+ years of related work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least three years of SharePoint/portal admin experience.
• Active Secret clearance required, with ability to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.
• DoW 8570.01-M / DoW 8140 certifications or equivalent IAT/IAM credentials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portal content, permissions, and structure for DoW COOP/COG Portal.
• Design, test, and maintain Power Automate workflows and Teams integration.
• Provide Tier II support; coordinate and escalate Tier III with DISA/DEOS.
• Migrate content to SharePoint Online and manage lifecycle/archiving.
• Update readiness content and ERG check-ins during exercises.
