Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or security.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience maintaining inventory records and tracking serialized equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation and databases.
• Follow established security, handling, storage, and transportation procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical, logistics, security, and government personnel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, distribution, storage, and secure handling of high-sensitivity IT equipment and spares.
• Receive, inspect, document, store, and issue equipment per security and logistics procedures.
• Maintain serialized inventories and ensure assets are tracked throughout their lifecycle.
• Apply property identification and asset tags per government requirements.
• Ensure secure movement, transfer, and transportation of equipment and materials.
• Prepare shipments with proper packaging, labeling, and chain-of-custody.
• Verify shipment contents against records and documents.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to validate records.
• Investigate variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain logistics records, databases, and property documentation.
• Support audits, inspections, and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate with security, systems engineering, operations, and program personnel.
