Job summary

Core One is seeking a Security / Analysis professional in Stafford, VA, to support the Agency’s Information Security Program (ISP) with classification/declassification, training, and policy development. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and an emphasis on security education and counterintelligence coordination.

The position involves developing SOPs, coordinating with Government PMs, and supporting cross-agency ISP activities while upholding strict security standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of analysis experience relevant to the labor category.
• Experience developing ISP training presentations and briefs.
• Experience developing ISP products for security education and awareness training.
• Experience conducting security classification marking reviews on DCSA Form 58 packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with the Agency’s Information Security Program (ISP) execution, including classification/declassification and training programs.
• Prepare draft SOPs aligned with implementing guidance and official requirements for standardization.
• Support the Agency Automatic Declassification Program.
• Maintain and support the Agency Mandatory Declassification Program with processing reviews.
• Provide ISP support and Counterintelligence across the Agency.
• Develop, coordinate and implement Security and Counterintelligence policies; report non-compliance.
