Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of analysis experience relevant to the labor category.
• Experience developing ISP training presentations and briefs.
• Knowledge of security classification marking reviews and declassification programs.
• Experience tracking data spills and coordinating with program managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with the Agency’s Information Security Program (ISP), including classification/declassification.
• Prepare SOPs and ensure standardization per government guidance.
• Support the Agency Automatic Declassification Program.
• Maintain the Mandatory Declassification Program and process requests.
• Provide ISP security support and Counterintelligence Agency-wide.
• Develop and publish security procedures with Government PM/COR.
• Collaborate with multiple directorates and publish procedures.
• Offer recommendations for intra- and inter-Agency coordination.
